Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation: • Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the appointment, 50% of the service cost will be charged, with the remaining 50% refunded. • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund; the full amount will be charged. Appointment Rescheduling: • Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the original time. If rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance, a penalty of 20% of the service cost will apply. Late Arrivals: • If the client arrives late, the appointment will be honored within the remaining available time. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, Alaia Studio Gráfico reserves the right to cancel the appointment and apply the corresponding cancellation policy. No-Show: • If you fail to appear for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee as compensation for the reserved time. Refund Policy: • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request, in accordance with the policies mentioned above.
